The Steadicam JR with its revolutionary compact design, is the most lightweignt, affordable, easy to carry, control and store. It is ideal for the home/casual "family video" shooter or the wedding and event videographer and pro-sumer longing for that special "Hollywood" look Under- the-arm shooting allows instant kid-level shots as well as low mode for ground level shooting. unlike the other Steadicam systems, the JR relies on the operator's arm and was designed to sit solidly on the operators shoulder (when folded) allowing for more traditional shooting with the added advantage of the external view screen. The JR is compatible and digital ready for virtually all 8mm, Hi8, VHS-C, S-VHS- and Mini DV camcoders weighing 4 lbs or less.

MINI
The Steadicam MINI is designed to be used with lightweight video camcorders weighing from 5-15lbs. It gives the operator the mobility and flexibility of a hand-held camcorder with the precision and smoothness of a dolly. a comfortable vest distributes the weight of the entire system over the operator's torso and hips.
