Five lucky winners will be chosen for "THIS" Event.   So deck, the halls, light the candles, don your apparel, grab your family, friends, children, pets, and submit your photos by December 31, 2009 12:00 Midnight (EST)! 

Then, it's up to you to vote for the 5 lucky winners.  That's right, YOU vote for your favorite photos to win the Tiffen Dfx Essentials Software prize.

Voting will commence on January 4th, 2010 and end on January 10th, 2010, 12:00 Midnight (EST).  Winners will be announced on January 12th, 2010.

"THIS" Rules

Please read the following rules before you submit your entry to the Tiffen Holiday Image Spectacular contest. We will have to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules, and we don't want that to happen.  So, your help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Enter a photograph pertaining to the December holidays that you think will be a winner!
    
2. You can enter a maximum of 10 photographs.
    
3. Images entered in one contest may be entered in a different contest.
    

4. Camera-made digital images or scans of slides or prints must be uploaded as jpg, gif or png files. Photos should be no smaller than 5x7 inches at 72 pixels/inch. File size cannot be more than 1 mb.

5. All images posted must be the work of the author posting. Any digitally enhanced work will be welcome, provided the original source image is the work of the author.  

     
6. With your submission, you give Tiffen permission to use and share your image on tiffen.com, as well as on social networking sites (such as Facebook and Twitter), although copyright will remain with the author and you will be given full credit.
    
7. Once a contest has closed no more entries will be accepted.
    
8. Entries may not be removed once a contest has closed. Any entries made after the closing date will be removed.
    
9. After the contest has closed, Tiffen will open up a public poll and you will have "6" days to rate your favorite photos. The Poll will then be closed and the overall winners announced on January 13, 2010.  Please note that all decisions are final!
    
10. Of the 5 winning photos chosen, each will receive a box of Tiffen Dfx Essentials Software valued at $69.95.  
     
11. No offensive or objectionable images will be accepted.  This is a family-friendly contest so please use your best judgment. Tiffen reserves the right to determine which photos may be considered offensive and objectionable and will delete those images without notice. 
     
12. Winners outside the Continental United States are responsible for all delivery costs, which they will be informed of before receiving their prize.
     
13. Tiffen reserves the right to change these rules at any time. 
     
14. No purchase necessary.
     
15. By entering this competition, you agree to these entry rules and the following legal conditions.

    1. By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Tiffen Company,(Tiffen) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or related to Tiffen, any prize won, any use of the entry materials by Tiffen, any/or misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded.

    2. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize packages are the sole responsibility of the winners. Return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any entrant to comply with any Official Rules may result in disqualification.
