How to Install Dfx for Adobe After Effects SKU# DFXAE, DFXAEW
1) Install Dfx using your installation CD or download Dfx HERE.
2) Double-click on the file that was downloaded and run through the installation process.
3) When prompted, place the Dfx filters in your application's plug-in folder. For After Effects, this is usually the Adobe\After Effects\Plug-ins folder.
4) Start After Effects or your After Effects plug-in compatible application.
5) Apply a Dfx filter to a clip in the timeline from one of the Effects>Tiffen Dfx v1 pull-down menus.
6) When you apply one of the Dfx filters, a Dfx dialog box pops up.
7) If you have internet access on the machine you are running the software on, select Activate and click Next. Choose Internet Activate and click Next. Enter or copy and paste your license number. Press Activate.
Note: This license number is good for only one computer at a time. You can transfer the license by deactivating on one machine and activating on another.
8) If you don't have internet access on the machine you are running the software on, select Activate using the self service website or Activate via telephone and follow the instructions.
