How to Install Dfx Stand-alone Editions SKU #s DFXCMP, DFXCMPW, DFXSEL, DFXSELW
1) Install Dfx using your installation CD or download Dfx HERE.2) Double-click on the file that was downloaded and run through the installation process.
The default installation location on Windows systems is C:\Program Files\Tiffen while on Macintosh systems it is /Applications/Tiffen.
3) Start Dfx on Windows systems by selecting Programs>Tiffen>Dfx v1>Dfx in the Windows Start menu.
Or for Macintosh systems go to /Applications/Tiffen>Dfx v1 and double-click on the Dfx logo.
4) Depending on what you purchased, select either the Dfx Select or Dfx Complete edition.
5) If you have internet access on the machine you are running the software on, select Activate and click Next. Choose Internet Activate and click Next.
6) Enter or copy and paste your license number (also referred to as Activation Number).
Note: This license number is good for only one computer at a time. You can transfer the license by deactivating on one machine and activating on another.
7) Press Activate. The Dfx interface opens and you are ready to go.
8) If you don't have internet access on the machine you are running the software on, select Activate using the self service website or Activate via telephone and follow the instructions.
