On Line Purchases
Dfx Software is available as a download or Boxed Edition (available August 2007). Please note that there is a $10 shipping and handling charge for each boxed edition shipped (UPS Ground) in the Continental USA. Please contact Customer Service at http://tiffen.helpserve.com/ for all other shipping requirements.
Downloads
We strongly urge that you download and test the software on your computer prior to purchase. All Dfx Software has a free 15-day full capability trial period. After 15 days, the software will revert to demo mode.
ONCE A PERMANENT LICENSE NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED FROM YOUR RETAILER OR TIFFEN.COM AND ACTIVATED, THERE IS NO REFUND.
Purchase Receipt
For web purchases of software, a License Number is included with your email order confirmation. Purchases of Boxed Editions include a License Number in the sealed CD Jewel Case. Please note that once the seal on this case is broken, the software cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
