What is this? I keep seeing them pop up on eBay. What's the story on them?

It appears it was a bag that Jim Domke made several years ago. I guess someone has some left.

My very first Domke, a sand F2 was marked 'The rugged professionnal' on each side pockets. I can send you picture if you want.
