Hi. I bought one of your provista 75xb tripods and head back in March.

One of the bottom legs was always a little tougher to push in or pull out, now it's all but stuck. You can see where a burr or something inside is scratching the paint

Please advise.

Since you evidently bought your ProVista tripod quite recently I am confident it will be repaired under warranty at no cost to you. I will contact the product manager and get back to you on this. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Bert regards, Jason Schneider

I spoke to the Davis & Sanford tripod product manager about this and he said he would contact you to arrange for a repair or replacement of your tripod. I will remind him first thing tomorrow morning. Have a great weekend. Best regards, Jason Schneider

I am the tripod product manager at Tiffen. Please e e mail me at lboden@tiffen.com. We have had a problem posting replys. I did try to post the day you contacted Tiffen.

Here is a simple fix for a stuck leg. If you open up the hex key above the leg lock and wiggle the leg back and forth, the leg will go back into the track.

If this does not work please e mail me or call me at 800 645 252 x 3228.
