I am wondering what the situation is with the padding on these new shoulder bags. I used to own two Domkes: the F-803 (which was fine after I had the top stiffening bar removed by a luggage repair shop) and the F-5XB, which used to be my favorite small bag ( aside from the Velcro) until for some inexplicable reason you guys started putting this hard board inside the bottom panel.
1.) Any similar bars/boards inside the new "Photo Courier"? Or is it finally soft-sided all around so it actually molds to the photographer's body?
2.) Is the main compartment only closed with the flap, or does it close with a zipper underneath the flap?
3.) Are the quoted sizes in the press release the internal or external dimensions?
The only information I've seen so far is the product page and the press release. One thing I definitely like are the Velcro-silencing flaps, finally a step in the right direction.
