Longer Domke strap

I recently bought a Domke F2 bag, but the shoulder strap is just that little bit too short for my liking, even with it at maximum length. I find it quite comfortable, and it doesn't slip, so would prefer an 'original' replacement. I've seen the replacement straps, are they by any chance a little longer than the attached strap? With the buckles, instead of being sewn on, does that add a few inches? Or is there a domke strap available that is just plain longer?

You're going to have to measure the replacement strap you bought, there is a chance that someone slipped and cut it too short. Should be 72-inches, you weave it it around one side and then (like the camera strap) use the slider off the old strap to secure it on the opposite side.
