F-3 Backpack Questions
1. Is the inside of the main compartment wrapped in nylon?
Pretty much all the images just show the outside, but there is a Japanese site that has an image with what looks like a nylon interior (sorry - can't post the link as I'm new here). 2. Can the backpack be machine washed like the other bags? 3. Will a Canon 70-200/4 IS fit along with a 5D and 17-40? There is a review on the B&H site that says he could not get his 70-200/2.8 to fit. While it's bigger than the f/4 it's not a LOT bigger. Also, the website should include interior photos along with the beauty shots. Just a suggestion for those of us who order sight unseen from the US due to the outrageous prices they charge for Domke gear here in Canada. TIA |
The bottom part of my F2 backpack is nylon-lined. I'd presume the F3 is the same.

So just the bottom of the bag ... like the F-3X has?

Anyone have answers to questions 2 and 3?

Sorry Tia, I was on vacation.
Jon is correct, only the bottom has Nylon, the sides are canvas. You could machine wash it. If it fits it would be a tight fit. On the F-2 Backpack we made it so that the flap between the camera section and the storage area could open to accomodate bigger cameras. We didn't add this feature to the F-3 Backpack. Also, we are working now on interior shots loaded with equipment. Thanks, Andrea |
Thanks.
Here is more text as apparently I needed 9 more characters. |
That has happened to me a few times too.
