I Love your Provista 7518B tripod!
 

Really a great value! I highly recommand it for usage with camcorders:). I use it with a panasonic prosumer camcorder. It is high, smooth to operate (great head), easy to adjust, very solid and stable and not too heavy to transport. The leveling adjustment is very good and quick to level the head. I see no reason to pay any higher for a tripod.

It is indeed. They make a good range of tripods from amateur to pro. Also they give a long warranty.
I personally still prefer Manfrotto. Hope this help
