Q's on "Photo Courier" bags
I am wondering what the situation is with the padding on these new shoulder bags. I used to own two Domkes: the F-803 (which was fine after I had the top stiffening bar removed by a luggage repair shop) and the F-5XB, which used to be my favorite small bag ( aside from the Velcro) until for some inexplicable reason you guys started putting this hard board inside the bottom panel.
1.) Any similar bars/boards inside the new "Photo Courier"? Or is it finally soft-sided all around so it actually molds to the photographer's body? 2.) Is the main compartment only closed with the flap, or does it close with a zipper underneath the flap? 3.) Are the quoted sizes in the press release the internal or external dimensions? The only information I've seen so far is the product page and the press release. One thing I definitely like are the Velcro-silencing flaps, finally a step in the right direction. |
It's soft sided with a removable bottom board. Also there if just a flap, no zipper. I'll try and post some more photos this week.

would love to see some photos of these bags, particularly the 831. Can it hold a gripped 5D with 24-70 attached and 70-200 alongside it? That'd be my minimum requirements.

could we please get some more photos of these bags?

I'd really like to buy an F-831 but I'm holding off until I see some photos of the interior and under the flap. Any way you can get some posted? Google isn't pulling up anything.

Sorry it's been taking me so long to get back to everyone. Here is a picture of the inside of the F-831.
