BHQ8 Ball Head
 

So I recently purchased this ball head. I seem to have the worst luck with tripods because last night I was taking pictures on the beach as the screw that holds the tightening lever on fell out. Since of course I was on the beach, my search for the screw was futile. I just wanted to know if there was somewhere I could get a replacement screw or what kind of screw I could go and buy to hold that lever in. I searched all over the internet but I couldn't seem to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I cant afford a higher end ball head and reviews of these B-3 ones seem like its got enough to carry my 5DM2 and Sigma 100-300 with no shift. It has the Arca type quick release ; will the RRS L plate fit this ok? Thanks for any help
