Carry the Super Compact in a backpack
The F-2 will hold everything when you aren't shooting and it's easier to change lens, access flash and change data cards than with a backpack. But, it will be mostly empty when you are shooting with both cameras. It might be more practical to store gear in the backpack and then shoot with the smaller Super Compact, FX3.
The Compact also will probably fit inside the backpack along with a laptop, rain gear, etc. Just a thought. -jim
