Ive been using Domke bags for nearly 20 years and never had a problem with dust inside the bags.
If your worried about it get a single compartment insert for the bag and put your camera in that.
I'd personally think any cameras at more risk when in use and not in a bag.
Anyway if bag gets dusty give you a good reason to wash it and see that used look coming through.
