Correct insert for Domke F803
Hello,
I'm wondering if someone can advise me on the right insert to get for my F803. The supplied insert is fine, but from the others listed none seem to be the same dimensions they're all a little deeper, so I'm worried they wont fit in the bag correctly. There's one shorter heigh insert I've seen which is meant for a rangefinder sized camera and I'm wondering if this is going to fit.
Any advice would be great.

Well, the 3-compartment 720-230 (FA-230) looks to be slightly shorter than the 720-200 (FA-280) that comes with the F-803. That's the insert I use in my F1, F2, F7, F802 and F805.

I know I don't like that one though because you can't move the dividers they're sewn in place.

Well, it's the only other insert, AFAIK, that's made to be usable in the F-803. If you want something different, you may as well look for some padded material and make your own.

Yeah that's what I had before the problem is the dividers are sewn in place, you can't move them.
Steve Huff seems to have an insert in his 803 here, this isn't one I've seen listed but you can see the dividers are movable, he seems to indicate it is a Domke one but I'm not too sure?

The insert is an FA-230 3 Compartment Domke insert. We are currently out of stock on this but expect to be filling orders to retailers in about 30 days. Sorry for the inconvience.
Thanks,
Andrea

Hi Andrea, does that have movable inserts or are they sewn in?

All new Domke inserts now have movable inserts. We are no longer making the ones that are sewn in.
