Broken Leg

Hi everyone. First time here since my sticks broke.

I have the Provista GR with the FM 18^2 head. It's a great tripod I got off Amazon last September. Well I went to a shoot yesterday and the leg sheered off on the metal piece that is the bowl that the legs attach to on the side with the level in it. I'm looking for a replacement bowl if anyone knows where I can order one or if this is still under warranty.
