Tiffen's for premiere on mac

Hello, iiam trying to install tiffens on a premiere cs4 (mac) i already install in after effects but i cant install in premiere. someone help me?

Please create a support ticket navigating back to the Tiffen homepage to DFX Software then to the DFX Support Center.Give details on your issue , along with information on your system and we will need your license key to investigate.
