What to do?

I now own 4 Domke bags, little bit smaller(black) reporters satchel (black) F2 (black) and the problem bag - a camera satchel (sand). I bought it via Amazon UK here in England and used it on a trip to Mongolia and China in August 08, (I have not used it since) It just doesn't seem as durable as my other bags, the velcro stitching in the main compartment has started to unstitch and the trim on the lid is already fraying.
I would say the bag has had only 30 days of use at the very most.
I just put it down to bad luck but having now found this forum I thought I would see what you think. Is there anything I can do?

First thing I'd do is check (Andrea's posted the key points to look for) that it's genuine. There are counterfeits out there; apparently they don't have the YKK zippers. If it's a real Domke, contact their customer service. ISTR the main Tiffen site lists their distributors in the various countries. With luck you'll find somewhere closer than the US to return it to under the warranty.
