F3x inserts

What inserts do you guys use with the F3x?

I'm getting the new ruggedwear, and my gear rotates between 3 lens (biggest being 70-200 f4) and gripped 5d. I currently use the J3 without any padding as it is already better padded.

Thx for any advice!
