What steadicam should I buy?

I have a panasonic dvx100b video camcorder. It weighs approximately 6lbs. What steadicam should I buy and how much would it cost?

The Steadicam Merlin (street price $799) would be a logical choice for you but its maximum load carrying capacity when used alone is 5 pounds. By adding the accessory arm and vest, (street price about $1,500) the maximum capacity is increased to 7-1/2 pounds and that will definitely work for you. The next step up is the Steadicam Pilot, which has a load carrying capacity of 10 pounds and has a list price of $4,095. Both models are excellent choices. Good luck and good shooting! Dear Jason ,,,,, Thanks for providing useful information . I personally feel that the price of Steadicam Pilot is not cheaper , But its weight is low . I think I may buy because of normal weight which will work for me .
