Default Will a Canon 5DMkII fit in a F-5XZ?

I like to idea of a bag that doesn't scream "expensive camera inside" and it looks as if the F5-XZ might fit the bill. The only problem is the camera is 4.5" tall and the interior dimensions say that it is 4.0" tall. Will the .5" prevent the bag from closing? Ideally I want to have the 24-105 zoom attached while in the bag and have space for a 17-40 as well. Any options as to the suitability for this camera?

The bag is actually 10" W x 4.5" D x 10.75" H and very flexible in almost every direction.
