Domke F3X

Hi, UPS just delivered my first Domke bag, a F3x in Wax Wear with the Post Office Shoulder Strap.

I already like it! But, I read in a review that a can of "Waxwear Refinishing Ointment" should be included, but is not with my bag. How come?
