Why is the F-803 smaller and yet more expensive than the F-802?

As the title states, at first I looked at the website and thought it was just a typo. But when I went down to a store, the F-802 is far larger and more capacious than the F-803 but at the same time, is around 25% cheaper.

What gives?

Granted it's a deal if you want the F-802, but I don't need such a large satchel. And it's not like as if the insert covers that 25% difference at all!
