Default 2 finishes of black F-803 hardware ?
I've seen 2 different finishes of hardware on the black F-803 bag .
One is matt black , one is non matt paint .
Which is the newer bag ?

Non-matte finish is newer.

No, not really. Mostly availabilty for production.

Since one of the features of this bag is it's discrete appearance the matt finish hardware is more suitable .
